What happens after WhatsApp's 24-hour window closes?
WhatsApp only allows approved templates outside the window. Template steps always work; message and AI steps send their backup template instead, or are skipped if you didn't set one.
Do AI follow-ups use my AI reply allowance?
Yes, each AI-written follow-up counts as one AI reply, the same as the AI agent. With your own AI key there is no platform limit.
Can I stop a sequence for one person?
Yes. Open the sequence's contacts and stop it for that contact, or pause the whole sequence with one switch.
